• Upper Division Clerks UDC (BS-11)
• Lower Division Clerks LDC (BS-09)

Lower Division Clerk (BS-09):

• Matric 2nd Division from a recognized University or Board.
• A separate Skill Test (Typing 30 wpm) shall be held among the successful candidates of the screening test.
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 Years + 5 Years General Age Relaxation.

Upper Division Clerk (BS-11):

• Intermediate 2nd Division from a recognized University or Board.
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 Years + 5 Years General Age Relaxation.

Qualification: تعلیم

• Matric (Science/Arts)
• Intermediate (FA/FSC/DAE)
• Diploma
• Bachelor
• Graduation
• Master

Positions are allocated for Open Merit, Punjab, Sindh Rural, Sindh Urban, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, and AJK Quotas. Both genders (Males/Females) can apply for these positions. = Minorities, Women, and Disabled Person Quotas shall also be reserved.

1. 1st you can Apply Online – Click Here.
2. Applications must carry all required information and documents.
3. Original documents/educational certificates will be verified during the interview.
4. Instructions regarding Online Applications and Job Descriptions are briefly described on the career portal.
5. Application Forms and Deposit Sip can be downloaded from the ML&C Careers Portal careers.mlc.gov.pk and the test fee can be deposited online in Account No. (4157485635), National
   Bank Cantt Board Building Branch, Mall Road Rawalpindi Cantt.
6. Applications will be acceptable only on the prescribed application form available on the ML&C career portal.
7. Candidates must deposit Rs.600/- as a processing fee for each post.
8. The deposited Fee is non-refundable/non-transferable.
9. Incomplete applications, applications submitted without following proper procedure, or received without an original deposit slip or after the last date will not be entertained.
10. The closing date of availability of the Online Application Form is March 20, 2023.
